Coles & Myer Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. $20 Coles & Myer Gift Card is given as an add-on for any orders over $200 in total
2. There is a limit of 1 card per day to each individual
3. The gift card expires 1 year from the purchase date
4. Order recipient must sign upon delivery to receive the gift card
5. Appliance Testing Supplies are not liable for any damaged or lost cards
6. This gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
7. Offer expires on the Tuesday 18th December 2019 at 11:59PM

You might not want to spend all the amount on your Gift Card in one go. You can use your card as many times as you want, in any of the participating stores, until the balance reaches zero.
If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with other types of payment, for example cash, EFTPOS, credit or charge card.
Can I add value to the gift card?
No, once a gift card has been issued, the value on it cannot be increased.
Can I return or refund a gift card?
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Is there anything you can't use the gift card for?
Yes, some restrictions apply. You cannot use your Gift Card for:
- Credit card or store card payments
- Online purchases
- To purchase Paysafe
- Some products and services in stores.

How do i check my card balance?
You can check your Gift Card balance online. You will need to sign in using your Gift Card number and 4-digit Access PIN on the back of your card.
When you sign in to check your balance online you can also see your card’s expiry date and a list of your Gift Card transactions.
Every time you use your Gift Card, the remaining balance is printed on your receipt. You can also check your card balance at selected registers in stores, or by calling the Coles/Myer Customer Response Team on 1300 304 990.
What should i do if my gift card is damaged, lost or stolen?
Your Gift Card is just like cash, and you are responsible for the safe keeping of it at all times. If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it.
If your card is damaged, please take it into a store and have it checked by one of their Customer Service team members. It is important that you read and understand the Gift Card Terms of Use.
