Wavecom Instruments have such a diverse range of Portable Appliance Testers. 

This Test & Print kit is exactly how it sounds, it will let you test a 240V portable appliance and then print you a label.
A manual entry logbook will have to be kept to store a history of your test results.

This system uses the ever popular Wavecom TNT + Appliance Tester which can let you test portable RCDs and leakage current. 

There is NO internal memory.
