To begin using your DeltaPAT & Godex Complete Kit:

  1. Charge and set up the tester - Ensure your DeltaPAT is charged or connected to mains power and set to Fast or Standard mode.
  2. Connect your printer - Via Bluetooth, USB, or RS232. Bluetooth setup is recommended for mobility.
  3. Install software - Use PATLink or ES Manager on your PC, and install the printer drivers as needed.
  4. Configure test labels - Pre-set your tag layout and information using the included software or from the device settings.

How do I connect the Godex printer to the DeltaPAT tester?

The DeltaPAT connects to the Godex printer using Bluetooth, USB, or RS232. For Bluetooth:

  • Pair using passcode: 0000
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the tester.
  • The printer should be in pairing mode.

For USB/RS232, plug in and select the appropriate port in the tester's communication settings.

Can I customise the printed test tags?

Yes. Use PATLink Pro or ES Manager software to customise tag layout, add logos, and choose data fields. You can also predefine formats directly in the tester if needed.

Is this kit suitable for mobile test and tag services?

Absolutely. The DeltaPAT's battery-powered operation and the Godex's compact form factor make the kit ideal for field technicians who require quick testing and onsite tag printing.

Do I need to calibrate the printer?

The Godex printer may require initial calibration for tag alignment:

  • Hold the Feed button until it beeps twice to auto-calibrate.
  • Use included software for fine-tuning print position if needed.

What should I do if labels aren't aligned correctly?

Run auto-calibration (see above).

  • Check the label size settings in the printer software.
  • Ensure the labels are loaded snugly, without slack.

Is this kit compatible with barcode scanners?

Yes. The DeltaPAT MI 3309 BT supports barcode scanners via USB or Bluetooth for asset tracking and faster input.
