30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, subject to conditions below.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund:

  • Returned items must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories and manuals must be included.
  • The product must be suitable for resale as new.

Items returned used, damaged, or not in resalable condition may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

Exclusions

Our 30-day change-of-mind return policy does not apply to:

  • Custom-printed tags
  • Special-order products
  • Products custom made, modified or ordered specifically for the customer

Custom-printed and special-order products are made or sourced specifically for your order and therefore cannot be returned for change of mind. 

If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us and we'll arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued using your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an error was made on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately with your order number and a brief description (photos, if applicable). We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible.
