How do I pair the DeltaPAT with the Godex Bluetooth Printer?

On the DeltaPAT:

  • Go to Setup > Communication > Bluetooth.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.
  • Search and select the Godex printer.
  • Enter pairing code 0000 if prompted.
  • Once paired, the tester will remember the device for future sessions.

My tester isn't connecting to the printer – what do I do?

Check the following:

  • The printer is powered on and in Bluetooth mode.
  • The DeltaPAT's Bluetooth is enabled.
  • The printer is not paired with another device.
  • Try restarting both devices and reinitiating the pairing process.

What should I do if nothing prints after a test?

Confirm that printing is enabled in the test sequence.

  • Ensure the correct output device (Bluetooth printer) is selected.
  • Check that the label roll is loaded correctly and not jammed.
  • Reboot both the tester and printer if needed.

How can I customise the labels printed?

Use PATLink Pro or Metrel ES Manager software on your PC to customise label layout, fields, and branding. You can upload test data via USB to edit or print reports.

Can I print immediately after each test?

Yes. In the tester menu, go to:

  • Setup > Test Sequence > Print Settings and enable "Auto Print".
  • This will automatically send results to the printer after each test is completed.

Do I need to install printer drivers for Bluetooth printing?

Not on the DeltaPAT tester. For use with a PC, you may need to install the Godex printer driver for configuration, testing, or firmware updates.

Can I use this kit without a PC or software?

Yes. The DeltaPAT + Bluetooth Printer combo is fully functional as a standalone system, which is ideal for fieldwork. You only need a PC to export data or use advanced reporting features.

What size tags work with the Godex printer?

The printer supports standard thermal direct PAT tags, typically 100mm x 50mm or similar. Always check the roll size and label format before purchasing new stock.
