Delta Pro Print Pack - Support FAQs

How do I connect the DeltaPAT to the Zebra printer?

You can connect via USB (direct cable) or Bluetooth, depending on the version of your Zebra printer.

  • For USB: Plug the printer into the DeltaPAT's USB port.
  • For Bluetooth: Go to Setup > Communication > Bluetooth and select the Zebra printer. The default passcode is 0000.

Why isn't the printer producing any labels after a test?

Confirm that Auto Print is enabled in the test setup.

  • Ensure the correct output device is selected under Setup > Communication.
  • Check the label roll is installed correctly and that the printer isn't paused or out of paper.
  • Restart both the DeltaPAT and the printer to reset the connection.

Can I customise what gets printed on the label?

Yes. Use the PATLink PRO software to define what information appears on printed labels, including:

  • Company logo
  • Asset ID
  • Test date & due date
  • Technician name

You can upload this configuration to the DeltaPAT via USB.

Does the DeltaPAT store test results for later printing?

Yes. The device has onboard memory to store approximately 1,500 test results. You can review, export, or print them anytime using PATLink or ES Manager software.

What's included in the Pro Print Pack?

Typically:

  • Metrel DeltaPAT MI 3309 BT
  • Zebra thermal printer (Bluetooth or USB)
  • Label starter roll
  • Metrel ES Manager software
  • Carry case
  • Calibration certificate
  • All required cables

Please check your product page for a complete itemised list.

What labels can I use with this kit?

We recommend direct thermal labels, ideally in a size compatible with the Zebra printer's label sensor. Most commonly used:

  • 100mm x 50mm
  • 89mm x 36mm

For best results, use official Appliance Testing Supplies tags that are tested for compatibility.

Can I reprint a label for the last test?

Yes. Navigate to the test history on the DeltaPAT and select the previous result. Choose the "Print" option to regenerate the label.

The printer displays a "Media Out" or "Paper Jam" error. What should I do?

Open the printer cover and verify the label roll is loaded properly.

  • Ensure the sensor is aligned with the label gap.
  • Reset the printer and try again. If the problem persists, refer to the Zebra printer guide or contact support.
