Shipping and Deliveries
What is the price of shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all states around Australia for orders over $200. If your order is less than $200, our standard delivery is $15. If you would like to receive it faster (1-2 business days), we have express shipping which is a flat rate of $25. Please see our deliveries page for more information.
How long does delivery take?
We pride ourselves in getting your test and tag equipment to you as fast as possible. You can expect to receive your goods within 1-3 business days. If you've ordered before 3pm AEST Mon-Fri - your goods will be shipped that very same day. Please see our deliveries page for more information for each state.
Where is my order?
You can track your order anytime by using the tracking number that was provided on your confirmation email. If you think there might be an issue, please contact us.
Can I return an order?
Yes, you certainly can! We offer a 100% money back guarantee on everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, please return it within 7 days of receiving your item and we'll refund your purchase in full. See our returns page for more information.
What payment options do you offer?

Appliance Testing Supplies is an Australian owned and operated business, with our head office located in Rowville, Victoria. We also have another office in Perth, which is situated in Balcatta.
Can I visit your store in person?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated team of experts at our showrooms in both Melbourne and Perth that's specifically designed for technical support, learning how to use a tester and for general help choosing the right test and tag machine.
